As Receptionist what you’ll be doing

• Be the personality our guests experience on arrival and departure
• Take care of the finer detail with check ins, check outs, preparing bills and taking payments
• Show our guests we care throughout their stay by answering queries and resolving issues
• Show off your knowledge of our hotel and all it has to offer so you can help our guests and perhaps offer a little upsell too
• Take care of the admin – When you’re not face to face with our guests you’ll be on the phone, emails or doing other computer-based work
• We are looking for someone with hospitality background
