Are you a fitness go-getter? Do you practice what you preach when it comes to your health and wellness? Do you love interacting with clients and are passionate about helping them reach their fitness goals?

We have a couple of fitness contracts going on in Kuwait for various clubs. The clubs we currently hire for are looking to employ all-star female personal trainers who are not only great communicators but natural-born leaders who will help their clients on their fitness journey.

Potential candidates should ideally be certified personal training instructors who are fit, can comfortably teach/ instruct/ coach either on a one-to-one level or in a group setting, are fluent in English, vibrant, bubbly and interested in helping clients change their lives for the better! Teaching group fitness classes should be another major component of your fitness skillsets and we are looking for trainers who are strength-oriented in their programming. Hence functional fitness, HIIT-classes, bootcamp, crossfit, boxing, spin, pilates, yoga and any other group fitness classes would be a plus point.

Please note while we're always looking to hire female personal trainers of various skillsets; the following trainers with these skillsets will be shortlisted ASAP:

• Female personal trainers who can teach a boxing-HIIT format (Kuwait)
• Female personal trainers who are motherfreaking rockstars when it comes to spin/ indoor cycling (Kuwait)
• Female personal trainers who are into physiotherapy, rehab and/or are into mobility and flexibility training (Kuwait)
• Female personal trainers who teach contemporary pilates reformer work (Kuwait)
• Female personal trainers who are bootcamp specific (Kuwait & Saudi Arabia)

Our clubs will not only provide a generous monthly salary and PT commission, but also flight tickets, medical insurance, accommodation and transportation. 

Trainers on such contracts work 8 hour shifts, 6 days a week. We usually teach 2-3 group fitness classes a day and personal train the rest of the time.

As remuneration for your employment, you'll receive:

• A great monthly salary that's tax free with a potential to earn more income thanks to your awesome coaching skills in your PT sessions
• 30%-50% Commission on your personal training sessions depending on our club contracts
• Medical insurance
• Shared accommodation in a furnished apartment
• Transportation to and from work
• Return flight tickets to Kuwait and when your contract ends
• 30 days off (paid leave) every year
• In some club contracts, meals are also provided

Successful candidates will be shortlisted for a Facetime/ Whatsapp Video/ Skype/ Teams interview and will be requested to submit 3 media files of them either training themselves, training their clients or teaching a class.
