Head of Corporate Sales - Moreton-In-Marsh, Gloucestershire
Our Daylesford and Bamford brands are delighted to hire an experienced Head of Business Sales- Luxury Corporate Division- into our Head Office situated in the heart of the Cotswold. This is an exciting new role within our business, where you will collaborate across the wider business to conceive and deliver new and innovative products, experiences, and events for your clients.
Full-time position, working hours are Monday to Friday 9-6. A competitive salary is offered depending on experience.

About the Role
Until today, the Daylesford and Bamford corporate business has largely grown organically. We seek a dedicated Head of Business Development to create a strategic and commercial plan to grow the enormous potential of the corporate side of our business. You will directly report to the Supply Chain Director and will manage a small team of dedicated individuals to raise awareness of our range of brands and extraordinary products and experiences, amongst corporates in the UK and overseas, developing a robust plan to unlock new opportunities for sales.
You will leverage a live and relevant network of contacts, utilising our unique, bespoke, and sustainable corporate gifts and experiences, investing in a strategy to accelerate its growth.
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior corporate luxury sales role
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Creative and innovative approach.
- Excellent influencing and powerful communication skills
- Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Experience in developing and implementing strategies, matched to business objectives.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Seek to maximise the commercial potential of our existing accounts, and rapidly establish new partnerships
- You will be responsible for the full P&L for the department
- Confidently deliver the sales and profit plan for the department
- You will communicate strategic and commercial objectives delivering a clear focus and complete regular forecasting of sales
- You will be in control of setting targets, proposing budgets and managing resources effectively
- Maximise each commercial opportunity and expand sales targets on all our business lines
- Build strong relationships with other teams to deliver the best outcomes for our customers
- Confidently deliver business development opportunities, transforming into long-standing repeat custom.
