The key responsibilities of our Senior Chef de Partie Select include:

• Overseeing one of our outlet restaurants; ensuring the highest standard of service  and quality of all dishes
• Managing, monitoring, developing and training members of the team to ensure the provision of high quality, professionally prepared food products.
• Effectively managing your own area, ensuring adequate resourcing of team, complete appraisals identifying development opportunities and provide guidance, motivation and direction as required.
• Working in large teams, managing, supporting and guiding. 
• Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with all current safety and company regulations (including Public Health Policy, HESS, FSP and ILO)

P&O Cruises require the following experience:

• Significant operational experience in high volume catering facilities such as conference and events, banqueting or large scale 4 or 5 star hotels
• Managerial or supervisory experience within large galley/kitchen teams
• Galley cruise ship experience preferred
