About you

Life at Park Holidays is fast paced, fun and dynamic and we’ll be looking for that in you too. We’re also looking for you to be able to demonstrate strong organisational and leadership skills. You’ll be a self-starter with a proactive approach and someone who takes pride in providing an outstanding customer experience. You’ll have excellent communication skills, be great at building relationships and be the kind of person your team love working for. You’ll enjoy working under pressure and be good at making the right decisions for our customers and your team. People tell us we strike a great balance between being professional and being fun and outgoing so we’ll be looking for those qualities in your too. You’ll need good IT skills including knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook. The role requires flexibility from you but we offer the same in return. You’ll even get Christmas off!
