Hours: 45 hours per week (Monday - Friday!)

Salary: £24,570 per annum

• Consistently deliver exceptionally high standards of food service. 
• Ensure that your section operates effectively on a daily basis. 
• Suggest menu items to the Head Chef which reflect the company philosophy in relation to quality, locality and seasonality. 
• Ensure that you work to the standard that has been set by the company and the Head Chef. 
• Understand the importance of attention to detail.
