Transportation is provided between the Hotel and Aviemore Train Station for shifts (Subject to position).

The Coylumbridge Hotel boasts 292 bedrooms and offers guests the dining selection of an A La Carte Restaurant, a Bistro and an American Diner.  The Coylumbridge Hotel offers the off-piste styled Woodshed Bar, a family-friendly log cabin-style bar which features a full schedule of live entertainment with the backdrop of an impressive, roaring log fire. The Coylumbridge Hotel is also a popular choice for Conference, Events & Weddings. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Duty Manager onto the team.

As Duty Manager you will be required to;

  • Maintain consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction and organisational values.
  • Promote all hotel facilities to guests and potential customers.
  • Deal with customer enquiries correctly and as efficiently as possible.
  • Maintain a proactive attitude towards all staff in various departments and represent the company to project the best image and high level of standards.
  • The Duty Manager will be Front Office based but will provide support and cover in all departments when needed.
  • A good understanding of health and safety and the ability to carry out building, fire safety, and room checks is required.

The successful candidate will have experience running the Duty Manager Shift in a Hotel holding 100 bedrooms or more. You will have excellent communication skills with both employees and guests and demonstrate exceptional customer service and management skills.
