Salary: £38,000 per annum

Who are we looking for?

• Ideally we are looking for a current Sous Chef who is looking to join a more premium offering or an awesome Junior Sous Chef at the top of their game.
• High volume & fresh food experience is a must and most importantly you must be ambitious & a team player.
