Roving General Manager

Due to our continued success, we are expanding. Are you the right person to join our success story? We are looking for a Roving Pub Manager, ideally based in the Surrey, Hertforshire & Essex areas, to support our existing pubs and with new openings. From time to time, this position can involve some working away from home, but we’ll always be flexible where we can.

About you...

You’re a warm and charismatic Pub Manager experienced in leading a friendly, ambitious team and used to driving busy pubs forwards. Commercially and financially astute, you’re at your happiest looking after customers whilst training, inspiring and developing your teams. You enjoy a high degree of independence with the freedom to be creative.

You’ll be interested in and knowledgeable about food, drink and have a genuine passion for beer and wine.

As a proven Pub Manager or General Manager from a premium, food-led background, you’ve previously built a successful business with a good local reputation and will thrive in a place where you have the freedom to do exactly that.
