Membership Advisor - Rushcliffe Arena - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

Job Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week

Salary: £19,836 per annum

We currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and competent Membership Sales Advisor to assist in the memberships team at Rushcliffe Arena. We are seeking to appoint conscientious and sales orientated person who wants to learn and develop their skills in administration, sales and customer service.

Primary objectives for the Sales Advisor will be:

• Working to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets inline with company procedures
• Proactive and able to continually seek new opportunities to create leads
• Complete professional membership calls, tours and ultimately sales

The Person

• Will be able to gain acceptance and respect from clients and the teams involved.
• Will be able to build strong relationships with customers, clients and employees.
• Will be able to communicate at different levels of the organisation, both listen and direct.
• Will be able to meet the demands of the role by working additional hours when required.
• Will be able to demonstrate clear identification with all customer requirements.
• Will be able to maintain and, be committed to good employee relations and deliver quality training.
• Will be able to perform recreation assistant duties when required.
