As Events Chef De Partie, you will be working within the Events Kitchen and report directly to the Events head chef and the Executive Chef.

You will carry out all tasks and reasonable requests as delegated by the senior members of the team. To prepare and serve dishes as described in the departmental SOP and in line with company standards. To be up to date with current preparation methods and have a good understanding of food safety, health and safety regulations within the kitchen operation.

Essential for our Events Chef De Partie:

• 5 shifts per week / 40 hours per week
• Formal college training with proven qualifications
• Minimum of 4 years post-training experience
• Previous large-scale events preparation and service experience
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays if required

Royal Lancaster London is based at Lancaster Terrace, London W2 2TY and the closest tube station is Lancaster Gate on the central line underground.
