Carnival UK require Assistant Youth Mangers to join our amazing Youth department. Join P&O Cruises & Cunard and you will discover that working at sea is an amazing opportunity that you will cherish for ever!

As the Assistant Youth Manager you will be supporting the Youth Manager in leading the way ensuring that your team provides our younger guests onboard with a fun filled holiday. You will be assisting in the planning and scheduling of the activity programs for all the family as well as supervising your fun and energetic team and hosting a number of large events and parties on the public areas of the ship. You and your team will make sure that the children onboard have an unforgettable holiday and memories that will last them a life time.

To join our fantastic youth team you must have the following:

  • Level 3 diploma in childcare and education or QTS Primary School or QTS Secondary School or equivalent qualification
  • Current or previous experience in an assistant youth manager position or above
  • Paediatric First Aid desirable
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Experience of dealing with challenging situations with adults and children.

We currently accept Covid 19 vaccinations that are WHO Approved (World Health Organisation) either having a two dose vaccine plus 14 days or 1 single dose vaccine plus 14 days. We are unable to progress any applications from individuals who will not be fully vaccinated at this time and welcome future applications should your vaccination status change.
