Fitness Manager - Cambuslang, Glasgow

• Base Salary £15,000 - £25,000 per annum
• Permanent role
• Monday-Friday with weekend availability

This role requires an experienced Fitness manager with high energy levels to build and develop the business.

The manager would inherit an existing team of Personal trainers and to service a membership base of over 1000 members.

It is vital that the manager would be able to take on responsibility and deliver the vision of the business.

The role:

• To lead and manage a team of Personal trainers and day to day operations
• To develop the team of Personal trainers and build our Group PT program
• To ensure that the club operational standards are of the highest standard
• To be able to work under pressure and deliver on set monthly targets
• To recruit, train and develop an exciting progressive team

The Candidate

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in management in the Fitness Industry
• Must have high energy levels and be fully committed to the role.
• Must have a passion for Fitness and stay up to date with all the latest technology in the Industry
• Must be minimum level 3 qualified
• Must have experience of doing membership sales and co-ordinating member events
• Must be positive and have a great attitude at all times to create a great atmosphere within the team and the club
