The Studio Managers must be able to help push their teams and clients alike, to the maximum, to deliver best in class results utilising the training environment. Using a structured approach to problem solving, strong management of team members, client situations and driven by a desire to go above and beyond.
Successful elite: Studio Managers will accept accountability and ownership for the performance of their individual studio. Having previous experience in Management/Fitness Management is preferred.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- To create an inclusive fitness community, in which clients want to be a part of
- Improve and grow client membership base
- Deliver studio financial targets
- P&L ownership
- Convert high volume of enquiries to paying clients
- Management of studio budgets, sales targets and KPI’s
- Driving increased profitability by delivering exceptional customer service and results
- Driving studio promotion and marketing of the elite: business across all channels
- Keeping statistical and financial records
- Lead by example
- Recruitment, training, and management of all studio staff.
- Maintaining, encouraging and further developing an exceptional studio culture.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Ensuring all administrative tasks are undertaken and completed.
- Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene standards in studio.
- Management of Studio HR matters.
- Dealing with client related issues
- To continuously develop personal knowledge of competition & all matters relating to our industry.
- To promote our brand professionally to attract staff and clients
