Swimming Coordinator - Various Locations Across Edinburgh & Midlothian

Hours: 37.5hrs per week

Salary: £22,500 per annum (Full Time)

Holiday Allowance: 5.6 weeks annually                

Location: Various 

Stepping Stones is currently one of the largest private learn to swim providers in Scotland. As an operations manager you will be responsible for the development and growth of the learn to swim programme whilst maintaining a firm grasp on current day to day business operations.

Job Role: Responsibilities 

Day to day:

• You will be an important member of the management team, helping to deliver our vision and values in all that you do.
• Your primary role will be to effectively coordinate the teaching team and provide teaching cover for any classes that cannot be fulfilled by the core teaching team.
• As part of your role, you will be responsible for the customer base and taking ownership for issues and complaints.
• Regular meetings with Stepping Stones management to ensure alignment to objectives and performance KPIs.

• General Administration of the programme to include new enquiries, class moves, teacher absence, class gradings / awards programme and general enquiries.
• Digital programme development

Special projects and less frequent duties:

• You will assist with the induction of new teachers during scheduled venue visits.
