We are looking for a Food & Beverage Team Leader to join us at The Children's Country House at Sudbury Hall.

Hours: 780 hours per year. Weekend working will be required. Shifts will be worked between 9.30am & 5.30pm.
This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year
Salary: £9.90 per hour.
Duration: Permanent contract

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be based at The Children’s Country House at Sudbury, a brand-new visitor offer for children and families, offering a playful heritage day out. Recently reopened, we’ve been working alongside children and their families to design a heritage attraction that works for them and makes them feel engaged and empowered. We have the highest standards of conservation and care and we carry out this purpose with and for the children who visit us. Our offer is unique, deeply authentic and profoundly impactful as is the team that work here.

What you'll be doing
With your love of working with people, positive attitude, and desire to provide an excellent service, you’ll welcome and look after every customer who visits our Food and Beverage outlet.
As a Team Leader you'll support the team daily to ensure we are compliant and that every food and drink order is beautifully presented and served with a smile.
Using your excellent attention to detail, you’ll ensure all signage is displayed correctly and the food served, looks delicious.
You'll receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role. Further professional training & development opportunities are available.
