Summary

We are looking for a Campsite Assistant. Day to day, you will support the delivery of an enjoyable outdoor holidays experience for our visitors.

Accommodation is provided to the postholder for the proper or better performance of his or her duties in accordance with Trust criteria and HMRC rules

The accommodation that is provided with this role includes 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom shared house; shared living room/kitchen, bathroom with shower and a separate second WC and wash basin.  LPG heating throughout and wood burner in the living room/kitchen.  Spacious garden; located within the hamlet of Low Wray at the entrance to Low Wray Campsite.

Hours: 37.5 per week

Contract: Fixed term

Salary: £10.32 per hour

The pay for this role will lift to a minimum of £10.42 on 1st April 2023 in line with the changes to the Government National Living Wage.

What you'll be doing

In addition to practical tasks such as cleaning and maintenance, your role will also involve face-to-face interactions such as welcome and orientation, guest service, processing online bookings and some Food and Beverage & Retail service from the Campsite shop.

A positive can-do attitude is a must in the varying world of Campsites.
