Job Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week

Salary: £12.50 per hour

FULL TIME - FITNESS MANAGER/PERSONAL TRAINER - COLINDALE NORTH LONDON

We are looking for a Fitness Manager that will thrive in a luxury spa environment and provide our residents with an unforgettable experience. You will open and close the facility, deliver group exercise classes, personal training and other services, always be on top of your game and assist the Gym and Spa Manager in running the facilities and managing the onsite team, making sure you’re giving your all to help our residents make the most of their time within the spa.

The role:

• Providing excellent customer service to residents and guests
• Promote a thriving community within the spa
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the spa whilst on-shift
• Actively seek new clients and opportunities to grow personal training base within the club
• Management of events and workshops
• Assist and deputise for the Gym and Spa Manager in their absence
• Completing weekly reports and PT payroll
• Work with the wider residential estate team to provide a first class residents experience
• Provide Personal Training sessions to help achieve site targets

Requirements:

• REPs Level 3 (Level 2 will be considered)
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Previous experience within the luxury gym/ spa/ hotel markets

Desirable attributes:

• Previous experience within the luxury gym/ spa/ hotel markets
• First aid/ Pool safety experience
