Golf Operations Manager - Orpington & High Elms Golf Course - Orpington, London

Salary: £28,000 per annum + Benefits

Key Duties

• Ensure full compliance with all contractual responsibilities
• Work closely with the Head of Commercial and Sales to maximise revenue through all membership packages
• Ensure the effective operation of the Venue for the community
• Monitor the performance of the operation through the companies accounting and reporting procedures
• Take responsibility for health and safety and actively participate in the maintenance and improvement of the overall Company Health and Safety culture
• Oversee the smooth operation of the facilities
• Develop a programme that will attract increased usage from the local community
• Consistently develop and improve operational procedures
• Develop and maintain quality assured procedures for all aspects of the facilities operations inline with Mytime Active's operational systems and policies
• Maintain a motivational culture
• Act as a Centre Manager, as and when required
• Undertake any other duties as reasonably required by the Centre Manager and Area Manager
