We are currently looking for an experienced Digital Learning Coordinator to join our Learning and Development team.

The purpose of the role is to help to drive the learning culture through our LMS and best in class digital learning content.

Daily responsibilities include:

Working with the Content for the Platform:

  • Supporting the creation of engaging materials using a variety of media such as video, webinar and web-based products to support the delivery of our learning strategy.
  • Support the design of required digital learning content agreed with relevant departments covering any required subject areas.
  • Sourcing appropriate off-the-shelf e-learning resources to ensure all levels and all departments have appropriate e-learning materials in their own language as well as effectively communicating our offer and products to the wider business.
  • Owner of the LMS training calendar, working with the People Development Administrator to ensure efficient scheduling of regular training events, ensuring effective forward planning.
  • Distribute training evaluation surveys and generate feedback reports.
  • Regularly review and update our existing training material, including liaison with subject matter experts where required. This includes all modules on the LMS, external training and the L&D area of the Employee and Manager Toolkits

Working with the Platform:

  • Managing assignment of learning pathways to ensure all learners complete the relevant learning including compliance.
  • Ensure all required learning is tracked and recorded within the LMS for every employee in relation to their job role.
  • Production of briefing documents including How to Guides to support the end user in making the best use of the platform.
  • Promote and be an advocate of the use of digital technology as a training vehicle throughout the organisation demonstrating to HODs and senior managers the benefit to their team members.
  • Identify and attend relevant events to ensure awareness of latest learning technology advances.
  • Production of agreed reports which measure and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of online learning.
  • Provide training, coaching and support of the People team on administration of the LMS.
  • Liaise with the LMS provider and internal IT department to implement any required system changes.


Skills needed

We are looking for an experienced Digital Learning Coordinator with the following skills, experience and attributes to be successful in this role:

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Experience of implementing and managing on Learning Management Systems.

Knowledge / Skills:

  • Evidence of strong project management skills.
  • In depth knowledge of and adept at working with a variety of software packages and media channels and an appetite for learning and researching new ones at speed.
  • Able to develop excellent relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Requirement to work from office base in Kenilworth Warwick.
  • Full UK driving license / ability to travel as required.
