What you’ll be doing
The Events Executive prepares event documentation and co-ordinates with sales, hotel departments, and customers to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event, and post event phases. They ensure all hotel events have a seamless turnover from sales to service and back to sales and recognise opportunities to maximize revenue by up-selling and offering enhancements to create an even better and more memorable event.
What we’re looking for:
- Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
- Organised and great planning skills
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality
- Experience of computerised booking systems
- Previous hotel events experience is a big plus but not essential

And the official stuff
This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday; the office is covered from 8am to 6pm (your start time may vary).
