The Botanical Rooms Kitchen

Winner of Tatler’s ‘Best Hotel Restaurant’ and situated within Hadspen House – our 23-bedroom hotel, the Botanical Rooms offers a true, farm to fork dining-experience. Under the guidance of Head Chef, Ben Champkin, each ingredient is showcased to its highest potential.

What we’re looking for

If you are a new chef looking to develop and grown, the Botanical Rooms offers the perfect environment. Learning under the guidance of our more senior chefs you will learn to create the beautiful dishes on the Botanical Rooms menu.

If you can:

  • Assist in all areas of the kitchen, as directed by your senior chefs
  • Are highly motivated
  • Have great attention to detail
