As an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant, you are ready to support the General Manager and the Senior Management Team with the provision of an end-to-end service to ensure that all activity is effectively managed: from the preparation, collation and distribution of documents and reports; recording of minutes and action points at meetings; preparation of presentations, reports and minutes; to ensuring that all actions and communications are completed.
You are proactive in supporting the Senior Management Team with diary management, meeting arrangements, and administrative tasks. Your experience allows you to work closely with all operational leaders, ensuring confidentiality and discretion, supporting the team in exceeding the expectation of our guest experience in every aspect of their stay so that they leave us feeling enriched and engaged in our ethos.
