The Royal Court Hotel has an on-site Bar & Restaurant as well as a range of facilities for a variety of events including conferences, meetings, exhibitions and interviews. Our Coventry conference venue has many different sized rooms, suitable for various types of functions and due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Full Time Bar Manager on to the team.

As Bar Manager, you will be required to;

  • Take full responsibility for stock and money on the bars.
  • Recruit, train, develop and manage all bar staff.
  • Ensure all staff work within the confines of the Licensing Law.
  • Effectively control stock movement and all money received.

 

The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as a Bars Manager. You must be able to plan, rota and control wage costs within company guidelines. You must be flexible, enthusiastic and able to build on your experience to assist in the continuing development of the Hotel.
