About The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Caravan Village team for an individual with a passion for service and eye for detail. We are looking for someone who can build strong and lasting relationships with new and existing Holiday Homeowners and who is able to support our holiday home sales team. You will love a challenge, be self-motivated and be able to prioritise your workload and be an integral part of the Holiday Home Sales team. Conducting welcome meetings, making sure sales are compliant and fall within the standards expected, helping new customers and owners alike to purchase holiday homes when required and delivering excellent service to owners who are investing in Butlins Caravan Ownership and our Team.

Purpose of the role

To deliver a first-class service to Holiday Homeowners and other visitors to the Caravan Village.
To ensure that new owners are fully supported through and following the of the sales process.
To understand the compliance and sales process itself as well as any legalities and regulations we adhere to.
An eye for detail is imperative as you will be tasked with making sure all sales are correct before sent to Head Office for completion.
You will have a sincere desire to build relationships with owners and will be approachable and friendly when speaking to families whilst also having the confidence at the heart of everything that you do.
To support the Caravan Sales Manager on a daily basis. Help the sales teams by building new quotes, to support the order of new stock and to conduct welcome meetings with our new owners. You will also be able to sell holiday homes yourself and will be paid a commission accordingly.

An organised individual with an eye for detail
Proven track record of delivering excellent service
Excellent communication skills in all forms
Previous sales experience is advantageous
You will be trained in several different systems so must be IT literate

Other information - this position is 35 hours per week and will include some weekend working. No live on accommodation is available and the start date will be 13th January 2023.
