Circa £32,000, £40,000+ OTE Uncapped.

We are looking for a Cluster Sales Manager in the Reading area to work across two Premium Private Members Lifestyle clubs offering superb fitness, spa and golf facilities.

The role:

• Recruit, coach, motivate and develop a small team of sales consultants to achieve their new member sales targets.
• Lead by example and contribute towards the overall sales target for the clubs.
• Create sales plans and deliver outreach activity in the local area.
• Work with the different departments to gain referrals through in-reach events.
• Analyse and interpret data from the prospect database and implement strategy to improve the overall sales process.
• Support both clubs to ensure members have a fantastic customer experience.

The person.

• An outgoing professional disposition with energy and drive in abundance.
• A can-do attitude who will lead by example.
• Experience of successfully selling a premium product or service possibly within health and fitness, golf, estate agency/real estate, car sales, telecommunications or recruitment.
• Sales team supervisory experience possibly as a Sales Manager, Club Manager, Store Manager, Branch Manager, Business Development Manager or even Senior Sales Advisor.
• A demonstrable passion for health and fitness and or golf.
• Can reliably commute to Reading daily.
• Flexible to work a mixture of shifts including some weekends.
