Ave Mario, from Big Mamma Group, the team behind Gloria and Circolo Popolare are looking for Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs  for our incredible new restaurant in Covent Garden, Ave Mario.​

We are looking for fans of traditional Italian cuisine, with a desire to realise their professional project and be part of a large brigade. Our restaurants serve between 500 and more than 1000 customers per day.

Homemade pasta, San Daniele ham, mozzarella di Bufala from Campania, artisan ice cream: we only serve authentic products of the Italian tradition, purchased directly from suppliers selected by us in Italy and transformed into delicious courses by the expert hands of our Chefs.

After the openings of Gloria then Circolo Popolare, it is with great pleasure to announce our arrival in Covent Garden. A neighbourhood filled with culture and crazy energy that just seemed ideal for the opening of our largest trattoria to date.

Ave Mario is 700 m2 of pure paradise, managed by our funky squadra of 120 Italians. Inspired by an idyllic day in Florence,  the 295 seats are spread over 3 spaces, and 2 gigantic terraces. Our youngest Head Chef Andrea heads up the kitchen with a brand-spanking-new menu serving up our first ‘biga’ pizzas, giant carbonara ravioli and La Gran Scaloppina alla Millanese made with high-welfare rose veal. Not forgetting dolci, where a feat of gelato engineering has created our 60cm tall Gelato Tower.

The perfect spot for a date with your lover, a lunch with your BFF or a family meal just as you like it. Ave Mario is open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.
