What is the role? 

Back of House Team Member, Kitchen Team, Prep Chef. You will work with a team of likeminded people to deliver great food. Ensuring each dish is served to the best standard, you will leave & breathe HMSHost core values and reflect this in the dishes you prepare. Following brand guidelines is essential in this position, and training will be provided. 

Perch is a premium bar newly opened in Stansted Airport, offering an innovative and inspirational food menu like no other. It’s cocktail bar ambience sets the mood for our guests who are travelling through the airport. It’s brand new and we are so excited to be bringing a touch of elegance to the offering at Stansted Airport.

Sunny Side is a fashion led food & beverage experience for our guests travelling through Stansted Airport. Serving local coffee and all day brunch, we are sure to have your Instagram bursting with likes. Sunny side is a frivolous, vibrant concept celebrating a year’s long holiday vibe. It is an all-day brunching venue that reminds travelers to relax, get lost in time and laze, bringing the vibrancy of sunny poolside’s to the indoor space of the airport.

Due to airport flight schedules, our shift times vary. Our morning shifts can start as early as 3am and our late shifts can finish up to 11pm so you must ensure you are flexible to work one of these shift patterns. You will also be required to obtain a security pass to gain access airside at the restaurant, for this you will need to provide 5 year’s checkable referencing.
