Purpose of the role:

To be responsible for the administration of all society and golf day business at the Club, from point of booking up to and including the day itself. The role will take a lead role in all group bookings, acting as the point of contact and therefore ensuring the day is planned and executed, whilst communicating with the wider Woodcote Park team.

Essentials:

• To co-ordinate all group golf bookings (inc. Society), providing dedicated service from enquiry through to completion
• To be the focal point whilst golf groups are at Woodcote Park
• To support the Golf Services Manager and Golf Administration Manager with day-to-day activities relating to golf services areas. Including but limited to, golf operations office, locker rooms, golf reception, golf concierge and communication with the club shop. 

Minimum experience required:

• Planning and organisation skills
• Good customer service
• The ability to learn new skills
• Team player
