£27 per hour – 23 Guaranteed contractual hours Monday to Saturday (over 5 years of teaching experience)

£25 per hour – 23 Guaranteed contractual hours Monday to Saturday (under 5 years of teaching experience)

We are currently hiring one experienced full Time swimming instructor to work on a permanent basis in various shifts from Janurary 3rd 2023 (Spring Term) in our sites located in Southwest London.

SwimWay will guarantee minimum hours as part of our contractual agreement which guarantees hours of work and pay.

This is an ideal opportunity for an instructor to upgrade their career among one of the most prestigious swimming schools operating in the Southwest of London.

SwimWay mostly teach 121 or 221 lessons across its programme in warm private pools.

An instructor with a swimming background would be extremely desirable and will certainly put you ahead of other candidates.

SwimWay is the leading home visit Swimming School in London providing swimming lessons to children and adults. We currently teach over 1800 students in term-time and holiday courses in exclusive private pools around the Southwest of London.

SwimWay instructors use our specific teaching methodology, always teach in the water and do not use any flotation devices except kick boards. All new instructors are required to undertake a compulsory 1 weeks paid training on our program. We suggest all candidates review our website thoroughly before applying.

Please only apply if you have:

• ASA Level 2 or equivalent international qualification recognized by the ASA
• Able to commit for one year
• DBS checked
• IOF certificate of insurance or instructor liability insurance
• NLPQ or national rescue award for swimming teachers and coaches
• References

Candidates who are successful during the interview process will be invited to perform a paid trial shift before a final decision is made.
