Job Description:

PGL’s team are central to our success, and you’ll play a huge part in giving our guests the experience of a lifetime.

Our Activity Instructor role is for anyone who enjoys being active in the outdoors, has a passion for sport and is able to provide effective instruction, leadership, support and encouragement to a group of guests. This is the perfect job if you want to work with children in the future, start a career in the outdoors or just have a great experience whilst making new friends and working as a team.

Our expert team will take care of providing you with all the training and support you need to be confident and successful in your role.
As an Activity Instructor, you’ll lead our groups in exciting activity sessions from archery to zip wire and everything in between. You’ll also be on hand to ensure our guests have a fantastic time even when they’re not participating in activities.

Individually you will be confident, engaging and have experience of working/volunteering with children. This could be working with your local Scout/Guide group, coaching a local sports team or volunteering with various other kid’s clubs or groups.

All applicants will need to be available until October 2022.

We offer training and qualification opportunities, funded by PGL, allowing you to develop your career. Your uniform is also provided for you, and we offer a 20% discount to our colleagues in all our on-site shops.

All successful applicants will automatically receive a job offer for 2023, with roles beginning in January.

Successful applicants are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure, which PGL will pay for.
