Sales/Operations Assistant Manager - JMO Sports Park, Skelmersdale

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 + bonus

We’re looking for a manager that can sell and a salesperson who can manage. In terms of sales, you will be tasked with increasing bookings through proactive outreach, effective use of social media and telesales activity with a view to consistently generating new enquiries and ultimately converting these into bookings across all the different areas of the business.

You will need to gain a strong understanding of our products and local competition, maintain relationships with our current clients and identify new prospects and opportunities to ensure the continued growth of the business as a whole.

Working a mix of shifts over 7 days that will include daytimes, evenings and weekends, you will work as a Duty Manager and will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of Sports Centre Assistants, organising leagues, coordinating referees and coaches, cashing up and completing reports, dealing with H & S issues, and all key holder responsibilities.
