We are searching for an experienced fitness professional or leisure assistant to join our team as Leisure Club Duty Manager.

About You

We are searching for an experienced fitness professional or leisure assistant to join our team as Leisure Club Duty Manager. If you have previous experience working within a fitness or leisure club environment, along with having excellent customer service skills and have a personable approach, then we would love you to join the team.

This role would be ideal for someone looking to take the next steps in furthering their career within the leisure industry, still having ample opportunity to build a personal training client base and deliver classes if they wished.

Your day with Team Carden:

  • Assisting leisure guests with general enquiries in a warm and helpful manner.
  • Assisting the club manager and assistant manager in overseeing the overall running of the busy leisure club, including ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout the Club
  • Assisting with leading, training and developing the team
  • Support with sales and marketing for the achievement of Leisure Club targets
  • Deputising when club manager and assistant manager is not available.  
  • Team Work.

This role is full time 40 hours per week and includes a variety of shift patterns over weekdays and weekends, starting at 06:00 and finishing at 22:00.

Salary of £20,000 to £21,000 per annum dependent upon experience.
