Programme Coordinator - Wilmslow, Cheshire

Becky Adlington’s SwimStars is looking for new Programme Coordinator to assist with the management of the SwimStars programmes. This is an integral role to the day to day operating of the programme, providing a high-quality environment for our customers.

Programme Coordinator duties

  • Oversee the delivery of fun and inspiring lessons to 0-11-year olds, using SwimStars programming management strategies to ensure customers have a seamless journey through the programme
  • Deliver exceptional customer care to every swimmer and family member in and out of the water and instill these behaviors within the operational team
  • Responsible for the programme performance and business Key Performance Indicators such as customer retention and Net Promotor Scores. Analyze data to inform key business decisions and improvements
  • Work collaboratively with site customer ambassadors to resolve customer queries and complaint
  • Deliver up to 20 hours per week of fun, high quality swimming lessons in line with the SwimStars vision to revolutionizing swimming and change lives
  • Support the Venue/Cluster Coordinator in leading the Swimming Teachers through team observations and monthly mentoring session
  • Make sure policies and procedures are adhered on a day to day basis, ensuring that high levels of service and a safe environment are maintained at all times to support in achieving 100% compliance in Health and Safety
  • Maintaining clear communications and positive relationships with venue stakeholders

Person Specification & Qualifications

  • SwimEngland Level 1 and 2 qualifications, and National Reach and Rescue Certificate for Swimming Teachers and Coaches desirable
  • Customer service focused, demonstrates a determined and committed approach to quality of standards
  • Observant, notices customers and anticipates their needs
  • A self-confident, solutions focused team player with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Other relevant requirements

  • Willing to undertake ongoing training
  • Flexibility towards working hours
  • Professional and wearing correct uniform at all times
  • The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced check via the Disclosure and Barring Services (DBS)
