General Assistant - Walker Activity Dome - Newcastle upon Tyne
Job Title: General Assistant
Contract: Flexible Worker
Hourly Wage: Up To 10.88 per hour
Location: Walker Activity Dome - Newcastle
GLL is looking to recruit motivated General Assistants to support the leisure and event operations at Walker Activity Dome in Newcastle. This is a really exciting multi activity venue to work with activities including football, squash, badminton, table tennis, indoor sports hall and room hire, and large scale events with an audience capacity of up to 2000 people!
The ideal candidate will be motivated, driven and have experience dealing in a customer service role.
The successful candidate will undertake numerous duties including but not limited to the below:
- Providing excellent customer experience to all customers, clients, promoters and stakeholders
- help with the day to day running of the centre including setting up and taking down equipment
- Keeping up with daily and weekly cleaning tasks
- Helping with the running of events being hosted in the venue
- Working on the bar (over 18s only)
