Salary Banding: £25k - £27k

Job Brief:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dynamic Accounts Administrator to join our Finance Team in our Head Office in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. 

Ideally, our new colleague will have recent experience in a similar role within a reputable hotel or multifaceted Food and Beverage business; and possess exceptional Excel and analytical skills with the drive and passion to work in a busy and vibrant team.

 

The role’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Queries from our frontline, country house, and office teams Processing of refunds and compensation Reservation system (Tigerbay) daily task maintenance Support with post and banking of cheques Adhoc administration tasks for the finance team

Candidate Attributes:

  • Recent Accounts administration experience within a hotel or Food and Beverage business Analytical skills are essential Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel Excellent communication skills High degree of attention to detail Use of Access Financials (preferable) Innovative: understand how things are done and why and then seek to improve them
