What you'll do

As Project Deputy General Manager you will work across a region in various project roles, which may include;

• opening new build hotels and supporting acquisitions,
• covering secondments and maternity cover in established hotels,
• and working on group wide projects such as the rebrand or a refurb…

…all with a view of gaining unique, exciting and varied experience.

You could find yourself working in any of our brands; a Jurys Inn whilst it transitions into a Leonardo, a hotel that is already established under one of our brands, our stunning Leonardo Royal hotels or the unique and exciting NYX hotel.

You will lead our incredible teams in the day-to-day operation of the hotel to create a superb guest experience and will need to be used to hitting KPIs and delivering results. In order to thrive you need to enjoy working at pace and meeting challenging deadlines.

What you can expect 

As Project Deputy General Manager you will be flexible on location within the region, being able to work from Belfast to Cork with little notice. But do not worry, accommodation and travel expenses will be provided where appropriate.
