We are looking for a Duty Manager (Customer Service) to join our team on a part time basis. As well as managing the Customer Service Team, you will work in line with the centres operating and marketing plan to meet designated key performance indicators including customer retention and sales.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team in a customer service environment, excellent communication and organisational skills, as well hold a RLSS Pool lifeguard Qualification or have the ability to obtain with appropriate training.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have supervisory experience and are driven by delivering the best customer service, then this could be the role for you.
Working hours are:
24 hours per week (3 shifts on rota: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday).
Additional hours / overtime will be available.
