Restaurant Supervisor - The Belfry - Ryder Grill Nights Team

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Supervisor to work in our dynamic team at The Belfry Hotel and Resort, England’s leading Hotel and Resort. After a beautiful refurbishment we now have 319 bedrooms, Rosette standard dining, five food and beverage outlets, fantastic leisure facilities including our 20 treatment rooms & pool and of course, what we are famous for…golf.

The Ryder Grill

The Ryder Grill & Kitchen is a 220 seat restaurant that offers a number of seasonal menu options, ranging from our stunning one rosette À la Carte menu to chefs table and a Sunday Carvery. The Ryder Grill & Kitchen also benefits from a theatre kitchen where we prepare and cook our steaks and roasts all in view of the guest. The Ryder Grill also hosts a busy breakfast service for our hotel guests.

About the role

This role is 45 hours per week, from 12 or 3pm until close. This role will include:

• Overseeing key services and ensuring a fantastic experience for all of our guests
• Working with the Restaurant Manager to establish and implement standards of performance within the Restaurant
• Ensuring the team is fully briefed and trained
• Creating an environment which promotes employee morale and pride

• Able to develop strong relationships with your guests, team, and colleagues
