Sales & Groups Administrator – Coylumbridge Hotel

Apply now and you could be working at The Coylumbridge Hotel! Set in a 65-acre woodland estate in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, the hotel is located close to Aviemore and is a perfect holiday destination all year round.

Transportation is provided between the Hotel and Aviemore Train Station for shifts (Subject to position)

The Coylumbridge Hotel is also a popular choice for Conference, Events & Weddings and we are looking to recruit a Sales & Groups Administrator.

As Sales & Groups Administrator, you will be required to;

  • Managing sales enquiries from tours, groups and individual guests for special events
  • Liaise with the groups department in head office
  • Liaise with Front of House staff for the delivery of any special events, set up event function sheets
  • Liaise with tours/groups for meal arrangement and book accordingly
  • Keep up to date an events/tours & groups spreadsheet to schedule any requirements accordingly
  • Increase sales by proactively liaising with tour and group operators that have stayed with the hotel

The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent communication skills with both colleagues and with customers. This position is available on full-time and part-time basis.
