Pontins Southport offers on-site bars and restaurants, as well as featuring a Nisa Local, Arcade, regular Entertainment, Themed Weekends and children’s amusement activities. We are looking to recruit a Receptionist on to the team.
As Receptionist, you will be required to;
- Check in and checkout guests and groups effectively.
- Maximise room sales and to promote food and beverage facilities.
- Provide information to guests on all Park products and services.
- Knowledge of Reservation booking systems preferred.
- Cash handling, balancing floats.
- Answering telephones and taking messages.
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service. Knowledge of Guest Line would be advantageous.
