Bromsgrove Hotel offers its guests and members a variety of Gym & Spa facilities, including fitness classes and a heated swimming pool. Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Leisure Attendant on to the team.

As Leisure Attendant, you will be required to;

 

  • Maintain the cleanliness of all leisure facilities.
  • Ensure safe and timely opening and closing of the facilities each day.
  • Carry out pool and spa testing to make sure that all chemical levels are sufficient.
  • Comply with all club standard operating procedures and emergency action plans.

Experience in leisure background is preferred but not essential as training will be given. The ideal candidate will execute the highest standards of customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. You will need to complete training for Pool Responder and Pool Plant Operator. You will be customer facing as you will be selling memberships and items from Pro Shop.
