The Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa is a 146-Bedroom hotel with on-site Spa Facilities, a Restaurant and two Bars available for guests. The Bromsgrove Hotel also offers 9 function rooms that hold up to 200 guests; popular with conferences, weddings and events.
You will work to develop sales strategies, including packages and pricing, maximise sales & revenue across all Hotel Facilities.
The successful candidate will have the relevant experience of dealing with booking agents and corporate organisations is an advantage. You must be able to develop effective relationships with clients, agents and the operational department within the hotel. Computer literacy is essential to this role.
A passion for sales is vital, as are communication skills and thorough knowledge of Hotel facilities. Experience in leisure sales is beneficial and a focus on proactive sales is desirable.
