Most of our communications are digital, so you will need to know your way around website content development, email marketing and social media. Imagination, attention to detail, an eye for a good image and excellent writing skills will all be important.

You will be based in Woodcote Park, our beautiful 350 acre country estate near Epsom, as well as having the opportunity to work in our stunning clubhouse in Pall Mall, London.

Role responsibilities include:

• Developing content for all our communication channels, including text, photographs and videos.
• Updating and developing the Club’s website and staff intranet using the sites’ content management systems.
• Providing information to members and staff using the Club’s CRM e-mail system.
• Using social media to promote the Club.
• Liaising with colleagues from across all areas of the Club to understand priorities and gather information.

Ideal requirements:

• Previous experience in a communications role.
• Excellent writing skills, with attention to detail, accurate spelling and good grammar.
• Experience of using a website Content Management System, ideally WordPress.
• Experience of creating content for and using social media.
• Experience of using a CRM e-mail system (ideally Marketing Cloud).
• Working knowledge of InDesign
• Some experience of using Adobe programmes such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
