What you'll do

Take a deep breath – because you'll be stepping straight into a busy, hands-on role! A crucial figure in the team, you'll oversee operations and create a superb experience for guests. It means planning ahead, supporting your team and meeting financial and operational targets. But there'll also be ample opportunity to learn and develop by working closely with the Area General Manager and our senior specialist teams.  Did you know that 70% of our General Managers were promoted from within?  And with big expansion plans we have lots of opportunities for great managers.

What you need

You’ll have previous experience in a large Meeting and Events hotel as either Deputy General Manager or Hotel Manager, and key people management skills. We're talking about getting the best out of people through coaching and giving staff that get-up-and-go! You'll also need to be used to hitting KPIs and delivering results. In our business, hard work earns you genuine opportunities for development and progression: in fact, our High Potential programme is designed for leaders just like you. In order to thrive here, you need to enjoy working at pace; dealing with customers one minute and planning staff rosters the next!
