About the role

As Staff Restaurant Chef you will play a key part in supporting the day to day running of the Colleague Restaurant Kitchen. You will be preparing healthy and nutritious lunch and dinner dishes for our Colleagues and creating superb dining experience. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:

• manages the team in line with Colleagues needs and feedback
• responsible for cost control in line with the teams’ business plan
• works with other teams to create new dishes and menu’s
• mentoring and coaching team member to develop their skills within the kitchen
• follow standard recipes and minimise waste to help ensure the food cost is in line with budget
• knowledge of seasonal and new products on the market
