Food and Beverage Senior Supervisor

 We are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Food and Beverage Senior Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage team.

 What you will do

As our new Food and Beverage Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Provide leadership across all of the hotel's outlets including  Kitchen, Bar and Room Service
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees
• Leading our Wedding operational team to deliver outstanding memories on the most unique of occasions
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and actively ensuring guests expectations are met and any queries answered.

• A team-player attitude able to support, train and develop F&B Associates 
• Experience overseeing restaurants, bars or events
