SALARY: Starting from 25,500 DOE + 10% annual bonus scheme
What You'll Be Doing
As a Cleaning Services Team Manger you will be responsible for managing the cleaning services department of 80+ team members. Ensuring the smooth operation of the cleaning of our 100+ holiday homes. Our holiday homes are self-catering, with changeover days on Monday and a Friday, with the rest of the week will be preparing and organising towards, as well as looking after the accommodation team you will also oversee the daily cleaning operations in our venues and public areas.
- Confidently deal with guest concerns with the ability to resolve problems, show empathy and understanding. Reacts to Guest Feedback and works with the team to respond quickly to address areas for improvement
-Achieve and exceed targets and key performance indicators
-Attract, recruit and onboard new team members, and training
-Identifying and developing future talent in department
-Responsible for Team Rota's, Accurate hours worked recording, safety compliance checks and legislative compliance checks.
-Manage Cost Control in the department maximising profit and minimise loss.
