Food & Beverage Team Leader - Stafford

Summary

We're looking for a Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our team here at Shugborough Estate.

Hours: 1248 hours per annum. You'll be working 3-4 days per week with a mix of weekday and weekend work required.  

Salary: £12,879.36  per annum (£20124 FTE per annum)

Duration: This is a permanent role which offers realistic salary progression based on annual reviews.

This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year

You'll be located at Shugborough Estate, Milford, Stafford, ST17 0XB.



What you'll be doing

Ensuring the team are competently trained and compliant with relevant legislation, you’ll also make sure every food and drink order is beautifully presented and served with a smile.

Interviews: This is an immediate start, interviews will be held by appointment on receiving applications.

You will not be required to work evenings, split shifts and will be off on Christmas Day and Boxing Day as the property is fully closed to the public.

You will receive a bespoke induction on appointment and further professional training & development opportunities are available

• Aware of Health & Safety compliance requirements
