Staff Chef
Monday to Friday position Working hours are 8am until 4pm Salary up to £30,000 (Basic salary: £12.63/hour plus an expected average annual service charge likely to be between £4,300 - £4,800) and on top of the salary overtime paid – based on a 39 hour week Conrad London St James is in the centre of London and?one of Hiltons three Luxury Brands reflects modern luxury. The hotel is renowned for its excellent service and is in the top 5% of hotels in London and the Top 10 % in the world. Our team are the most important thing to us and we pride ourselves on offering healthy, hearty and extensive, variable menus to ensure we can Thrive and deliver success. We have a lovely staff restaurant where our 200 + team members relax and recharge at lunch. Our Staff Chef is responsible for preparing these meals, reporting to The Executive Head Chef.
What will I be doing? Contributing to menu creation for team member restaurant Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times Comply with company policies and procedures Ensure compliance with food hygiene, Health and Safety, and stock procedures What are we looking for? A chef who is creative and will care about our team as much as we do It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: Relevant qualifications for role Salary The salary for this role is £12.63/hour plus the following benefits: Service Charge usually £350 - £400 a month Benefits
